Dr. William Schnapp, M.D. – Neurologist & Pain Specialist
Dr. William Schnapp, board-certified neurologist and pain specialist.
Dr. William Schnapp is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain specialist who treats headaches, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, seizures, chronic neck and back pain, neuropathy, and cancer-related pain.
Dr. Schnapp blends medicine with technology, developing mobile apps to track and treat headaches and a robotic rehabilitation device for stroke recovery. He also founded Adaptive Sports Miami, helping patients with spinal disorders or brain injuries participate in adapted sports like yoga, kayaking, swimming, and scuba diving — improving mobility, social engagement, and overall well-being.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Dr. Schnapp is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He enjoys flying, swimming, scuba diving, kiteboarding, and triathlons with his family.

Dr. Jonathan Gottlieb is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with extensive academic and clinical experience. He focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery techniques to reduce pain, improve function, and shorten recovery time.
He also lectures on contemporary surgical approaches and runs a visiting surgeon program to share his knowledge. Dr. Gottlieb’s goal is simple: deliver the best possible care, whether surgical or non-surgical, while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
Dr. Bobbi Krause Leben, M.D. – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation & Pain Medicine
Dr. Bobbi Krause Leben, board-certified in PM&R and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Bobbi Krause Leben is double board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. She has led multidisciplinary orthopedic spine and sports medicine programs and has helped veterans with TBIs and PTSD navigate complex treatment options.
Since moving to Florida, she has focused on interventional orthopedic and spine care, integrating plant-based medicine and micro-dose ketamine when appropriate. Outside the clinic, she enjoys boating, fishing, tennis, pickleball, and supporting her children in sports.
Dr. Lucien C. Alexandre, M.D., Ph.D. – Neurologist & Interventional Pain Specialist
Dr. Lucien Alexandre is, triple board-certified neurologist and pain specialist.
Dr. Lucien Alexandre is triple board-certified in neurology and interventional pain medicine. Trained at NYU, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Harvard, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Boston Children’s Hospital, he combines advanced interventional pain techniques with deep neurological expertise.
